Being resilient includes having empathy, making connections to others, working towards goals and practicing self-care. You’re encouraged to take a moment today to introduce yourself to someone new. Ask someone questions to get to know them better. Take a chance on a new goal, and make a healthy choice today. Don’t forget to wear PURPLE TOMORROW, and show your support against family violence.
There will be a track and field practice today for all those doing long/triple jump. There will also be an opportunity to practice the relay for any athletes participating on a team. If you’re not sure, please ask Mr. Read. Mr. MacAdam will be running a shot put practice, so look for him if you’re on the shot put team. All these will begin at 12:15 PM.
